Our Programs
Empowering Women
WE-Action Ethiopia has been empowering women and girls by providing tools and resources since our founding in 1881. Today, we support women’s education by awarding millions of dollars in fellowship and grants, we support their economic security by providing salary negotiation training, and we foster their leadership from the start at our annual student leadership conference.
