Our Profile

Women Empowerment – Action (WE-Action) established in 1995. It is registered and licensed by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia’s Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) in accordance with civil society organization’s Proclamation No. 1113/2019. It has secured a renewed license with certificate number of 0922. It is a local non-political, non-religious, non-profit making humanitarian and development-oriented organization working to empower both men and women for improved capacity to sustain livelihoods and gender transformation.
