Project background

  • Project goal: To enhance the socio economic status of vulnerable women and youth in Habru woreda/district

Project objectives

  • To increase knowledge, attitude and practice of women and youth to enable them to make informed decisions against unsafe migration, gender inequality and HTPs
  • To enhance income and livelihoods of women and youth diversified opportunities including IGAs and SHGs and keyhole gardening practices
  • To promote increased accountability and responsiveness of local government actors towards women and youth issues through introduction and promotion of social accountability practices
